• License Grant: Upon purchase of a theme or digital product, Buraq Themes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the purchased item strictly in accordance with the specific license tier purchased:
  • Single-Store License: Valid for use on a single, primary Shopify store domain only.
• Prohibited Uses of Code: You may modify the Liquid, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript code for your own store customization. However, you are strictly prohibited from:
  • Sublicensing, reselling, sharing, redistributing, or transferring the theme files/code to any third party.
  • Claiming ownership or copyright of Buraq Themes products, whether modified or unmodified.
  • Packaging our themes or code into standalone commercial products, site builders, or competing platforms.

2. Orders & Delivery

• Instant Digital Delivery: Products are delivered automatically via electronic download links upon successful payment verification.
• Payment Processors: Purchases are processed securely via our trusted payment providers. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete email and account details so we can complete your delivery and provide product updates or customer support.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Final Sale: Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable digital software and themes, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

4. Technical Support & Updates

• Support Scope: Buraq Themes provides customer and technical support for bug fixes, theme setup guidance, and standard feature inquiries related directly to our themes.
• Exclusions: Support does not cover extensive custom code development, third-party app conflicts caused by external modifications, or general e-commerce/Shopify platform administration.
• Product Updates: We periodically release bug fixes and compatibility updates for our themes. Access to updates is granted according to the license terms active at purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

• All design assets, Liquid schemas, layout architecture, branding, graphics, code, and documentation associated with Buraq Themes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Buraq Themes.
• Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of Buraq Themes assets constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate license termination and legal action where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

• "As Is" Basis: All themes and digital products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• Compatibility: While we make every effort to ensure full compliance with Shopify Online Store 2.0 standards and modern Web Vitals, Buraq Themes does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every third-party application or browser configuration.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buraq Themes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, lost profits, or data loss) resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
