Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on a single Shopify store. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the code is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Due to the downloadable digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once files are accessed or downloaded.

Support & Updates

We provide technical support for bug fixes and core theme features. Custom code requests or third-party app conflicts are not covered under standard support.

Intellectual Property

All designs, Liquid architecture, SCSS, and JavaScript code remain the exclusive property of Buraq Themes.

Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is". Buraq Themes is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or store downtime.
