Collect additional information, customization details, or special instructions from customers on the product page.

The information entered by the customer is included with the order, allowing you to view their instructions or customization details when processing the order.

Label

Enter the label displayed above the custom field.

Type

Choose the type of field customers will use to provide their information.

• Text: A single-line text field for short responses.
• Long text: A multi-line text field for longer instructions or details.
• Checkbox: A checkbox that customers can select to confirm or request something.
• Dropdown: A dropdown menu that lets customers choose from predefined options.

Required

Require customers to complete the field before adding the product to the cart.

Note: This setting only works with the Add to cart button.

How it works

1. Add a Custom field block to the product page.
2. Enter a label for the field.
3. Select the field type.
4. Configure the options for the selected field type.
5. Customers enter or select their information before adding the product to the cart.
6. The submitted information is included with the order.
